It should not be controversial as the bettor who went all-in agreed he should only have to call the inaccurate count by tge dealer. And the floor is correct also...a call is a call (and the requested dealer count is complementary and not guaranteed accurate)...but nothing stops the hand winner from reimbursement of the difference back to the hand caller and loser.
