Jockamo here ... I've been sim racing and playing driving/racing games since the beginning and still miss the apex every time. I don't claim to be an expert driver. You are probably faster and better. I DON'T claim to have some excellent racing skills. I don't have the best rig or graphics, still pretty good and a lot of variety.
But DUDE... I truly have fun sim racing. I think the graphics, tracks and cars are too cool! I'm just having fun with it. On here I can be a fictional truck driver, landscaper and race car driver, whatever. Everything is simulation. So again, I'm just having fun & I hope you do too.
Just FUN - No "How To's" here, but I do run great Mods on ATS and Assetto. Watch for some cool car & tracks combinations.

Journey to the year 1967, where we find ourselves in the cockpit of the Ferrari 312 at the esteemed Le Mans circuit in France. Engaging in a simulation on Assetto Corsa in 4K resolution, we experience the Ferrari 312 F1-named for its 3-liter V-12 engine. This vehicle, which the Italian team raced from 1966 to 1969, was crafted under Mauro Forghieri's guidance. It had two distinct models: the 1966 version and the vastly different 1967-69 model. To differentiate, the '66 model continued the chassis numbers from the prior year's 1.5-liter cars, while the '67 model started anew with '0001'. To clarify, they are often referred to as 312 F1-66, 312 F1-67, and so on. The year 1967 saw significant changes: Dragoni was dismissed, replaced by Franco Lini, and Chris Amon joined Bandini to pilot an enhanced version of the 1966 V12 car. Tragically, at the Monaco Grand Prix, Bandini's crash led to severe injuries and, ultimately, his death. Mike Parkes, rehired by Ferrari, sustained career-ending injuries shortly after at the Belgian Grand Prix. That year, marked by accidents, a fatality, and no race victories, resulted in only a fifth-place finish in the Constructors' Championship for Ferrari. Moreover, the introduction of the Ford Cosworth DFV engine in the Lotus 49 would come to dominate F1 for the following 15 years. The Le-Grand-Circuit-1967 v0.50, associated with Virtua_LM and brought to Assetto Corsa by Terra21 with permissions from woochoo & Virtua_LM, is also a tribute to the original creator woochoo, allowing AC users to enjoy the track as well. Was this track from one of the Project Cars games originally, or is it a new fictional track mod? Would love to know if track mods in AMS2 are doable and if so, how easy/difficult they are

I'm a bit of a car-hopping nomad, never settling on one driving style. It's anyone's guess what I was steering before this moment. There are a few tracks that have my heart, and I've got a decent grasp on most, but I'm guilty of tailgating the leader a tad too closely. Corners are my frenemies; I barrel into them with too much zest, often misjudging the space to the car ahead. But hey, I'm on a mission to avoid bumper tag. Really, I'm just here for a good time, exploring every car and track I can get my hands on.
Cool! I'm more into F1 and got myself F1 24. But before I found F1 for myself I did that too. I played Dirt Rally 2 and Project Cars 2.

Word of advice with Porsches you have to power around corners because the motor is in the back. It causes the wheels to dig in the front kinda like braking does. Take the corners wide then deep and give it 75% gas it will act a lot different. I didn’t believe until I started driving it that way.
