I'm not sure if you know this but copyrights & trademarks protections HAVE to be enforced or else companies will lose their protections. No joke if you don't enforce it one time & then try to enforce it against someone else later, the judges will completely throw out your cases every time afterwards using that one time against you. They don't need to take you to court but they do have to enforce their own protections or else they could literally lose the rights to their products.
