I had the same issue using a 5000mah 50C LiPo battery. Your setup can deliver up to ~450A Go into the settings of the kweld and find the one setting regarding the maximum current. Set it to 400-450A and you're good to go. You won't be getting the most out of the kweld (since it can go up to 2000A), but 450A is still ok. I am using mine with 250A and it welds nickel strips just fine. The setup gets hot fast though... (I presume the battery doesn't want to work this hard for long...)

There is something wrong with your power supply, it's showing 455A during the the calibration., hence the 'undercurrent' message. It needs minimum of 600-700A to operate. It might be due to long cables connected to your capacitor bank or weak capacitors with high internal resistance.

You have to bypass the BMS and apply gentle current to the + and - 60volt posts, when the batteries/cells reach any where above 2.75volt the BMS will kick in again, I have over 12 Segways, all the models ever made except the original stairs climbing, in 2004 I trained Buzz Aldrin the Astronaut on Segway H70 in Miami Beach Florida during a Scuba Diving convention aka Cousteau foundation so I have seen it all with Segway batteries plus other little problems that can destroy the pleasure.

I changed all the batteries on the board but the indicators (light emitting diodes) do not work. The board receives 64V on the input, but on the output it's 0 V. How may I start the BMS board?

Theirs know telling how long the new unit has been in the store since it was the last one, Just like a car battery, you can’t leave them hooked up for a long time without Periodical charging

Did you build your testing device? I bought a Segway mini pro At Best Buy a week ago, and been using it but I was wounding if one of the cells could be low since the unit drains down the battery a little to fast

Like the Segway i2/x2 batteries, the charge needs to have a CHG-ENABLE applied at no more than 600mA ( I go as low as 100 mA ) ... it's slow going
