Just my opinion and what i think about this mouse. Again do not do what i did and take apart the mouse unless you want to risk not being able to return the unit itself.

Casual gamer review about this mouse and my first impressions and opinions (for connection problems i made a different video showing that)
I bought the x1 ultra today, hope he comes with no problem
what about sensor placement in x1 pro, i use r1 pro max i like its sensor placement but not size a bit short , if i get x1 pro due to sensor placement will there be any problems in playing games compared to r1 sensor placement.
@@iii1609 it's a little lower so it might feel like a lower dpi u can increase it a little to make up not to big of a difference

lol... are you just in a bad mood or? since you have like the complete opposite opinion of the mouse than almost everyone else? especially AimAdapt he praised the coating being a LOT thicker and more rubbery than the R1 for example and i've heard from a lot that the coating should be one of the best in the premium category... only razer and endgame was a bit better i think i saw like a top 5 list of the best coatings somewhere... anyhow.. maybe you got a bad copy or maybe it's because you bought the cheap version i don't know.. but yea quite different opinions. And the pro max and ultra both have NOT 300 mah battery BUT 500 and with the new chip in it should actually last quite a bit even on 8k.
@@VexRavnen I said In the video over writing 250 mah in the pro (which I also wrote that I got the pro not max) as for the coating it is lighter it's not a bad coating just feels lighter And yes u can get a bigger battery for 10 dollars I did not think it was worth it.
@@rawrzies879 10 dollars for an battery upgrade thats twice as big? you mentioned it was 300 mah battery or something in the higher levels but it is 500 mah which is a huuuuge upgrade if you ask me and regarding the coating yea ok you feel like it's lighter but im also just saying a lot of people feel like it's one of the more premium ones and "thick" but everyone is entitled to their own opinion ofc. :) oh yeah and it's not 10 dollars for the upgrade i think i found it for a 5 dollar upgrade but yeah it weighs a little bit more then.. that's true and if that's the deal breaker then yea ok. But if you ask me the 500 mah battery ones are still only about 57 G at the most and thats not a whole lot in my opinion.

@@Bobrisak depending on how you aim with your arm most have their forearm on the pad. So when you snap it is kinda on an angle but with lower sensors it takes more movement. It doesn't effect anything for regular movement mainly wrist micro adjustment. Most sensors are level to the thumb. Razer usually has off placed sensors like in the deathadder v3 and the viper 3 hyper speeds case. Stormbreaker by pwnage is one mouse that actually lets you change the position to let people have it where they want it. It's not that big of a difference just something to get used to.

I was planning on buying the VXE R1 Pro Max with the 4k dongle, but yesterday I came across the apex 159 and I am bit confused which one should I buy as both of them have the same price in my country coupled with the dongle. I really liked the software that comes with the VXE and the fuctionality of the apex 159 because of the dongle. I also watched your previous video on the apex 159. I hoped you could suggest me which one will be the best for me. Grip style- Claw & fingertip hybrid Hand size- length 17.6cm & width 10cm Current mouse- Viper mini and G502 hero
@@Salman-ls7qu this prob will depend I usually just use a claw grip, my hand size is 19 by 10. The main difference between the 2 is the apex has a narrow front compared to the r1. I personally like the r1 more but it was mainly because my fingers are pretty big so getting a grip on that angle was bad with the front of the mouse being so small I love the mouse otherwise. But I seen a lot of people comparing the apex 159 to the sora. Which alot of claw fingertip hybrids like. They both are good choices, think also vxe came out with a new f1 series named atk f1 with the new sensor in it with 8k. I personally just got the X1 unit I'm liking the quality vxe is putting out personally.

I think Kysona manufactures Kysona mice, Ajazz mice and Attack shark mice. So the 3 are basically the same brand

Should I buy it for? I am from Russia, and we have it for about 40$ on Sale
The click latency you or a game will never notice the difference. 1ms and lower is literally not perceivable. Also 8k definitely works, it’s just takes a high dpi, a strong cpu, high fps and a high refresh rate monitor. I’ve absolutely loved the AJ159 APEX. I have 25 plus mice from the last year and I can tell you it’s one of the best. Also 8k is more meant for the motion of the mouse not the clicks. Good review though man! I hope this comment helps.
So far it has not been for me. Sadly 4-8k is unstable for my unit. My comment was because I was hoping it used the same firmware as the aj199. It's a nice mouse no doubt. And by unstable I mean 1 hours in or so the mouse would window what ever game I'm playing and my curser would be over top of it. Does not happen on any of my other mice. Ty for the comment though! Also wish the sides where flat lol the angles bother me xD

Great review! What were your connection problems like? Mine is having some occasional stutters and lags, but I'm still trying to pinpoint the cause, maybe interference, idk
Same seemed like the sensor lag or stutter but soon as I changed the wire it went away. Also if I shook the charging dock with that cable it would shut the dock off, as if it would short. That also went away when I switched the cable.
seems like they put a metal paper weight at the top end of the charging dock i took it apart and found it after having connection issues again. idk who thought having a piece of metal by a transmitter would work well.
@@rawrzies879 It worked better without it? I'll try changing the cable like you did and contact them to see if there will be any new firmware updates. My last resort will be opening it up (the dongle). About that setting you said is locked at 1. Have you found any way of opening some file as a .txt and messing with hidden settings? I saw there is an older attack shark firmware for other models that had this option. I can't even locate where this driver is installed.
@@lucasferreira433 it's perfect right now for me but it didn't act up at first after I changed the cable. Came home today after work and it acted up so I decided to take it apart and found a square metal weight above the PCB that had the chips on them for transmitting but there was a rubber spacer between them. Idk something is wrong if it's not that
That’s interesting I have two copies and haven’t had a single issue. If you are running it at 8k make sure you have a really strong pc/cpu.
