Whenever the woman with brown hair speaks it’s just confusing. With the stuttering and tongue smacking I found myself frustrated to realize thats what the blond lady just said. My experience/anecdotal evidence is contrary to your comments. I have had noticeable temporary improvements to the solar keratosis similar to the impact of the PRP and PRF injections and micro needling treatment i had done in Bali at a rejuvie clinic. However, on a growth on my hand that had been painfull for years and tried many things to remove. using raw menstrual blood it removed it suggesting apoptosis or a regenerative effect
i may have misinterpreted vampire facial as i thought it meant using menstrual blood but apparently not, its actually normal blood i now realise
also re question time, my understanding of prp is that pdgf factor bb causes pericytes wrapped around blood vessels to morph into msc which is the active cell associated with stem cell activity in bone marrow, fat and endometrial stem cells also - so to say that this process is not stem cell related is contraversial
It’s funny to me how things come back around. Now the research has debunked PRF as the preferred and most effective product. With some clinicians wondering if the superior product would be PRP mixed with PRF for the fibrin clot properties mixed with the superior platelet yield of PRP. It’ll be interesting to see where it goes from here.

How to prepare i PRF
How can I plan and make sure I have a higher platelet count? ( I know I’m dehydrated and it’s always a challenge trying to draw blood from me when needed) I also bruise and scar easily and takes a long time to heal. Is that due to low platelet count?

It depends how much you inject, location, age of client, sex, skin quality etc. Anything between 20 mins to a few hours

No, this is not a viable option. Syringes are not designed to be spun in a centrifuge. Firstly the g-force on the plunger will compromise the blood and secondly you cannot harvest from a syringe. Therefore a suitable vacutainer is required.
I mean, what happens if PRF is gellyfied or almost gellyfies and by mistake it gets injected into a vessel?

Calcium does not activate or increase the potency of platelets. Thrombin does, and calcium is needed as part of the coagulation cascade. However, activated platelets release calcium therefore is no need or benefit in adding more Ca. (Secondly, where would you source the Ca!) Since iPRF utilizes activated platelets, there is no requirement to add anything else.

so PRP is when u spin in centrifuge and u get the “liquid gold”. If u remove that PRF and put in a clear tube with no additives and spin again, remove the top 2/3 and discard. The bottom 1/3 is PRF and it is concentrated PRP.
PRF is platelet rich Fibrin. You need to use a no additive plain red top tube and centrifuge immediately no faster than 400 to 700 rpm. Cooling the tube slows down the clotting process however transferring the plasma extracting close to the Buffy layer. That is where all the good stuff is at. If your plasma in your syringe is tinted orangey in color you did it right.
If your trying to create the thicker biofiller you simply heat the top layer of plasma leaving the lower 1/3 portion of the yellow plasma behind. Once the top layer is extracted you heat it to 75 degrees for 10 min. You will get a cloudy thicker substance called albumin.
The difference between plasma and serum is the fibrinogen and fibrin strands.

This is very simple to prepare iPRF. You need tube without anticoagulate. Example Red cap tube. Or plan glass tube. Spin blood sample with 700 rpm for 4minutes. Take plasma portion into syringe and use it in your target area as soon as possible before clot formation.

I haven't found many places where they're usee and I come from a continental Europe where mesotherapy is a very popular treatment. I only go to clinics where only dermatologists assess the skin and administer treatment. I found one place in the uk where they offer this cocktail and I'm curious to learn about it as much as possible :)
@@annaswiatowska1800 they are not designed to be used for Mesotherapy. They are specifically created to use in conjunction with microneedling only. Cosmo Pro are the UK distributors however Hikari is Israeli thus the quality and efficacy is extremely high otherwise we would not use them.

There isn't a specific tube for hair loss. The tube is simply the vessel in which blood is drawn, the treatment and spin protocol is key. Regardless, the tube must be a medical device.

If you are referring to IVD Serum tubes then they are not licensed for autologous treatments. However the regeneration efficacy is due to the tube contents and protocol

BD does not claim that any of the Vacutainer blood collection tubes are endotoxin free. None of their tubes are licensed for autologous.
Can I use cleansing gel I have dry sensitive skin but my t zone is little bit oily?
Deep Cleansing Gel can be used on dry & sensitive skin. You may want to use the repair balm when your skin is particularly reactive. Ensure you drink plenty of water and use an SPF daily
