what kind of sambo is this? you won't last a minute with a combat sambo guy who can head bump you in split second, and try grappling with a catchwretler next time, try not to cut out the footage where you lose

can you please make a video for sparring - from knees - like a few variations how to begin? im always a bit lost getting grips and knowing when its good to pull guard, or if i get grips then what next etc
