@yamashe8480 yes i imagine it would, could also integrate the camera to see where its going.

@brentzarza8305 This was never meant to be a serious project, just something i did for fun because i could. It was built out of a bowflex workout machine that was lying around, literally all of it was things i just had lying around. It actually went decent, was geared way low. That was also because i used what i had. After this video i chopped it all up, salvaged the parts and scrapped the frame. @@MichaelOfRohan that's what i was told by a friend of his. Matt abruptly removed his own channel. He removed his Facebook and Twitter account also. I am going to write to him soon. If you need more info i suggest writing him also.
@@MichaelOfRohan I miss Matt too. I didn't get along with him but i still respected him. I was told by a friend of his he had some kind of a mental breakdown. I will be writing him asking him to come back even if its talking.

What’s the name of the tool u use for deciding how thick your side cover gasket needs to be
The tool i used is a dial indicator. Its not measuring the gasket technically, you want to measure crankshaft end play to determine the shims needed but the side gaskets are also different thickness. So you kinda want to use the right combination of gasket and shims to get an acceptable end play reading.

As long as there is clearance between everything you'll be good. Just spin it around without the side cover on and check that nothing is making contact before assembly.

those flames are awesome! how do you get them to look like they are 3d like that? they look to me like they are multiple layers and I want to do that to my racing mower!!!
Thank you! Gotta kinda be able to have a vision in your head of what you are trying to do when doing the flames and then come in after with the airbrush and add shadowing where they cross over. It's not too complicated and with a little practice I'm sure you can get it.

I've got 7 or 8 john deeres and Husqvarna that something is wrong with each one . I have 4 wheelers and autos but this looks like a fun hobby

Just came across this, and I have a question.... Why would you not wire the starter relay to pop on hot, instead of gnd? Meaning, take the wire from the start button, one end into the ignition switch and hot when keyed on, the other to the starter relay.... grounding out the yellow/red wire from the relay, and therefore making it actually work with the ignition switch when keyed on? just curious as to why you're bypassing the actual ignition switch, when this then makes it to where anyone could start it without a key.... thanks, nice video tho! I'm sure it has helped a tremendous amount of people! keep up the good work!
This atv was acquired with no wiring harness and no ignition switch. The purpose of this video was to be able to rewire a atv in the simplest way possible. If you have a key switch it can most certainly be added into the circuit to include that. This is just basic wiring only that is necessary for it to run. There is also a prior video on the cdi wiring that goes with this video. Thanks for watching!

Dude how did you get this to fit? I have a mini baja and I CANNOT get my 420cc powerfist to fit unless I cut & refabricate my entire frame.. M
I noticed you cut the middle part of the frame, won't that affect structural integrity?
@JJC991 that is exactly what we did. It does probably affect it structurally, but we didn't have any negative results. And we beat on it, then we added a quad rear-end and made a trike out of it and still was fine. Our original intention was to re-brace on the sides we just didn't.

This is rough. Inside killswotch of atv i bought 4l5 year old i have lose wire that runs all way to key. Red/white. 2nd lose wire goes to tether kill. Start button has blue w white stripe amd black w white stripe. Where do the red/white wore go along w the red/black tether wire go?
Im having an issue where my TC is not engaging into high gear (speading out) not sure why itll do maybe 35mph spins in the dirt. But wont open up and keeps tossing the chain and shes pretty tight also have tried lossening it but that made it worse 😂 any ideas would be greatly appreciated

If you look up the specs on any hydrostatic transmission you'll find they have a maximum input shaft rpm usually 3-3500 rpm. After that the volume and pressure generated will just push the pump and or the motor away from the center case and bypass the fluid. Hydrostatic transmissions are realy good at doing what their designed to do produce torque.
