So beautiful! I have made kelp soap, but putting only the ground powder into the soap, and my powder is brown. Where do you get green kelp? What type of kelp is it?
I got mine from an Asian store:) you can find a link for kelp that is something similar I used. For the green color, I used Spirulina powder.

I really like the concept of your idea in your video I do wish you would have explained more about what you were doing and provided some measurements but I do like it how you show it is possible to use bananas and milk in your soap recipe I to plan to make a soap with bananas and milk I also want to add oatmeal and honey I want to call it banana bread soap 😊

Hello there. I'm interested to make the milk and honey soap. But I heard that 2 this ingredients could rise the heat up of soap dough. Why you recommend the beginner to add the milk in the mixture not as the freeze type in lye mixture? Isn't it the addition of milk in lye and oil would increase the batter temperature and scorched them? I am beginner and I just want to find the safe method one. TIA
When you add milk direct to lye oil mix, there is less chance to have the milk scorched as lye oil mix is already cool down. When I use this method, I use distilled water not milk to make lye solution and deduct the milk amount from the water.

Thanks :) you can substitute rice bran oil with soy bean oil if you want. You can also substitute soy milk with milk/ soy milk powder by mixing with water.
