honestly it's way easier than everyone makes it out to be. the b vitamins that everyone says is hard to get is actually easy just eat them greens. omega 3 is plentiful in chia seeds and walnuts. all your protein you need is in rice and lentils. forreal its EASY ASF and my energy is waaay better these days. Literally never sad or feeling bad these days.

Nuts, green leafy vegetables, Chia seeds and Flax seeds have omegas, not getting enough protein is a myth, look into amino acids. There is a vegan version for all nutrients, just Google it. Why do you eat things that could have Vcjd, MRSA, Swine Flu, bird flu, blood, pus, ulcers, cancer etc. Reduce chances of these, be vegan.

The world won't go vegan tomorrow. I wish it would. Each year in the world we kill trillions of animals, way more than all the humans who have ever existed. And we have an animal based food system that will create another pandemic. We already killed millions of humans with bird flu and swine flu, it's a no brainer to stop using animals as it's harming us. The majority of land animals in the UK are killed at a fraction of their potential lives, when we don't need to eat them. You have a choice everyday to either pay towards the suffering and killing of innocent baby animals, or you can choose the more compassionate vegan option. It's really easy just find the best vegan versions of what you already eat. Or buy the healthier and cheaper wholefoods. What's stopping you from going vegan? If you need any help let me know.
