My vac g17 is not taking the tm g17 mag, the bbs aren’t going into the barrel even though it can trigger the gas chamber

So you attempted to unscrew a fake crew trying to do... what exactly? What kind of "maintenance" were you look for behind this screw? The screw exists there just for entourage and resemblance of a real sidearm. On a real M18, that screw holds extractor spring in place. But this is an airsoft gun, there is no extractor spring and extractor itself, BBs have no casing to extract. What is sounds to me is you didn't fully know what you were doing, just trying to dismantle the gun. Then you are the one to blame, not the gun or the manufacturer! 😁 Again: just my opinion as a real M18 owner, that thing hits close to home with the real one. Looks and sounds.

This is not a fake screw, partly it is a fake screw, but it has a function. The screw is for the nozzlehousing and holds the nozzlehousing better. The 3 screws for the nozzle housing are only glued on you, the shop probably did that and not VFC. and you can clearly see (in the slow motion) that the weapon is not thrown completely backwards. Maybe a stronger gas would help, or a weaker spring or (stronger spring, only with slightly stronger gas). but I also have to say that vfc designed it somewhat poorly. The slide should actually go back a little more, because with every airsoft weapon the slide is not always catapolized back to 100% (97-100%.) The spring tension is as if the weapon was short stroked. If it doesn't help at all and it annoys you that the last shot doesn't lock. Is there actually only one possibility left, and only on the left side of the slide, where the slide catch lever locks, to sand it a little bit down, then the weapon must lock 100%. I'm only talking about the VFC M17/M18, if another GBB pistol doesn't lock, it's probably due to the slide because it's worn out, then you can sand something off yourself and it's probably due to the magazine spring or the magazine followers. If the magazine spring is weak, simply put kitchen paper under the spring.
