Jpouch Warrior
Registrace 14. 08. 2018
Hi, my name is Andrea, I'm 46 Years old and live in Sussex in the UK with my fantastically supportive fiancé my two gorgeous boys aged 12 & 15 and my shy little rescue dog Meg! I work full time as a Teaching Assistant with children aged 4-11, a role I completely love and find challenging yet extremely rewarding. I was diagnosed in 2004 initially with Crohn's and then changed to Indeterminate Colitis in 2016, and, as a result, now have a JPouch.
For years, I have served as a useful source to those seeking information, help, or advice about my experiences living with bowel disease. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started writing about my experiences, my thoughts, and what I feel others can benefit from being shared. I founded JPouch Warrior with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind, and I have been at it ever since.
Take some time to explore the blog, read something interesting, and feel free to reach out.

Can I ask why you had to have your failed j pouch reversed. Going through this now and would like to know what you can share thank you
Hi, how are you now?
Hi Emily, I am doing fabulously! No active disease and no medication needed for IBD. I healed really well and now live an active life with my stoma :)
@@stomawarrior7823 that’s wonderful
These videos only show the obvious, health is for those who can pay for it, ustekinumab is very expensive, it is difficult for me to get mesalazine, I cannot afford ustekunumab, nor adalimubab or vedolizumab, they are very expensive medicines, mesalazine costs me 100 dollars per month and that is a lot of money, obviously I will die from colonic complications since mesalazine is not enough, I cannot access expensive medicines, laboratories care about money, not about really helping people.
I hope you’re doing okay.
very helpful tutorial
