I watched this when it came out. What a difference a year makes. Luke Gromen mentions one option which seemed a distant possibility last year for charting a path to recovery from higher interest rates and massive deficit spending, nuclear fusion for cheap clean energy. In may of 2024 the French government tested a reactors capacity to produce fusion energy by super heating plasma enclosed in tungsten walls. Due to tungstens high melt temperature they were able to heat the Plasma to 50 million degrees for six minutes. The South Koreans are also testing nuclear fusion using plasma and tungsten. The economic and social benefits of further development for nuclear fusion in the not to distant future could easily be a global panacea.

Wow. I am blown away by this presentation. I was an insecure 59 year old on SS in January 2018 when I started buying Bitcoin/crypto. Everyone though I was irrational. Most still do. I put my income in every month and watched the value drop each month but for some reason really believed in Bitcoin and alt coins/blockchain even though I don't totally understand. Finally, the crypto market started turning around and I am astonished at the value of my crypto currency portfolio today. Why would I invest in a company that can't be transparent over the termination of a CEO? especially one who they were singing his praises just before he was terminated. If there was a disagreement in future direction just say it. All this bs secrecy over his termination just makes you look very suspicious.

Hmm. I'm not buying the whole claim that local communities have benefitted more than lost as a result of the mine. The investments into the community are pittance compared to the profit the corporation gets and the damage done to ecosystems with rich biodiversity as a result of all the drilling and digging. I will believe a corporatioon is doing well when I see an INDEPENDENT assessment of environmental impact and effect on local communities. Btw, you don't need to create dependence on Australian cattle or lamb to get dietary iron. That just creates a market for Australia for its agriculture.
