It's now 2023 this movie is 45 years old and still a classic!!!!! At first I hated Turkish people because of this movie, but then again it's only a movie made so well that it gets to you! The chase song is still a hit!!! And allways will be. When I run the Vancouver BMO merithone 26 miles this is the song I listen to all the way. It just gives you power!!!!!!😜😜😜😜👍👍💪🇨🇦😎

He made the sound of the 80's.His stuff in "from here to eternity" album (1977) already had some "classic electronica meets Trance and disco" kind of sound,and the sounds he used etc.were already what we call today " Very 80's".He has written Never Ending Story (sung by Limahl),Flashdance soundtrack (including main hit-song)and Take my breath away.Moroder=sound of the 80's.
Giorgio Moroder wrote music, but usually collaborated with a lyricist on songs. Danger Zone, Take My Breath Away, Flash Dance, lyrics were by someone else.
