Case 3 second input should be "ring to carrier". But very useful content. Outstanding. Maximum torque is gained in case 2. Minimum torque is in case 3.

Why don't engines use this mechanism? The valve is shown to "stay up" for a while, compared to regular cam where it is always going to start moving down after it reaches maximum height... Once it rolls over the crest. This is clearly better, isn't it?
