Recovery Back 2 Workout For Fencing With Violetta Bida By Bida Foundation (Intermideate)
Like any sport, fencing has its own specific parts of the human body that are most susceptible to injury. There are 3 most problematic areas in the body of a fencers:
- lower back
- knees
- ankle joints
According to our long-term experience, lower back pain and injuries dominate in this list.

To prevent at least slightly alleviate possible back problems, we have collected the highest quality, safe and effective exercises in our opinion. We share them with you, because from our personal and bitter experience we understand what back pain is and how much it can make our lives miserable. These exercises have been tested on us personally, and we believe, that they will help you in a difficult moment!
A very important rule! If you suddenly feel any unpleasant and especially sharp pain in the back area, immediately stop training and apply ice wrapped in a towel to the place where it hurts.

    Bida can't say how much I appreciate your videos they are no nonsense and straight to the point and as a fellow lefty it helps to see your movements.     Классная тренировка. Проблема в том, что многие упражнения предназначены для тренированных спортсменов. Если их начнут делать любители (особенно которым за 35), велика вероятность травм. Лучше давать разные варианты упражнений для различного уровня физической подготовки

    So Bida, why the circle for the disengage? Why not just a simple narrow V shape to avoid the parry? I'm not saying the circle is wrong. I meant to know your reason. Thanks.
