Buttercreams are notoriously tricky to make: mix them with too cold of butter and the mixture may split, mix them at too warm a temperature and the butter may melt. With the Bakerpan Buttercream Icing Mix, however, you don’t need to worry about scalding hot sugar syrups or finicky egg whites.
