My wife’s Samsung did the water port charge icon.She did not realize the charger had got something spilled on it and she plugged it in and the circle would not turn green nor did water icon leave until we took a quick-tip and wiped out port then we waited for about 4 hours then phone went back to normal charging water icon gone all good.

I have Windows 10. When I had Windows 7, I would connect my camera to the computer. Click transfer, the computer would create a folder, date the folder and transfer the corresponding photos into each dated folder. Why can't it be that easy now?

Another way big corporations trying to make you buy new devices (for the cycle to repeat on the new ones too). Nearly my whole family have had this issues. All Samsungs phone and all not even being in a wet/moisture environment. Disgrace and something Samsung should fix. The other bad thing, on Samsung trade-ins they devalue the product because it claims to have water damage. Terrible customer care by them.

Absolute garbage design. What are they doing.
