SATISFYING SOFTWASH PROCESS [ ALUMINUM SIDING ]
Just a heads up, seems like loosing pressure after initial squeeze could be an air leak in line or porportioner. Take porportioner out of equation, go straight from water to pump, if it solves your problem, you know there is an issue with your porportioner. Had an issue with one of my batch buster valves. Went through a few pumps due to cycling before i figured it out.
@@captlogic9621 long story short it was my 5/8th chem line on my reel. Had to swap it out and have 300’ of 1/2inch and it does just fine. It’s a remco issue.
Bad idea to mix electrical components with pressurized liquid. Just saying, not a good idea.
@@Jackel1776 💯
pls do more satisfying dirt cleanng
Nice setup I have a dumb question it says licensed and insured what does licensed mean ?
@@Farmalleric a county business tax receipt aka business license to operate in your area.
@prestigepropertywashing ok thanks I appericate it I was just curious I'm thinking about starting my own little gig so im just in the research phase right now I have a 5x8 trailer and two 55 gallon tanks
@@Farmalleric of course! Also good luck with your build!
@@Farmalleric what equipment do you want to go with on your set up?
@prestigepropertywashing I'm just looking to do soft washing I was looking at doing the 12v pump and the the mix valves to start then upgrade as I go. Don't wanna dump alot of money till I know I can do this full time hopefully then I'll invest in better equipment.
Wow that was rough! What did you charge?
💯💯💯💯
It’s not a good idea to keep fluid and electricity in the same box. I’ve seen many people do this and waiting for someone to burn their truck/trailer down.
One problem concerns what a bleach solution will do to plants and grass, another issue involves neighbors who don't clean their side and won't let you do it. Picket style fences, unlike the privacy version pictured here, allow solution to blow into the neighbors yard, which might cause issues. I've never seen one of these chemical wash video's address the issue of damage caused by the solution, or how to address the opposite side of the fence. Mold left on the other side just keeps creeping back to your side, making this like playing whack-a-mole.
Generally, we don’t worry about the other side of the fence unless the homeowner of the fence specifically states they want it both sides cleaned. This cleaning mix was about 1 to 1.5%. Considering we watered before during, and after- it dilutes it way under one percent.(house hold bleach(not chlorine) is around 5-7% to give reference. I’ve never had any issues with it killing grass or discoloring it when watered properly. Behind this fence was an overgrown weeded asphalt driveway. Picket style fences do pose the concern for cleaner to drip down and leave streaks on the other side. Personally, I have not cleaned any wood picket fences but that would be a situation I would definitely discuss with the owner of the fence and maybe even the neighbor and let them know that that is a possibility. The neighbor may want their side to and could be willing to pay for it.
Man what a great video! Thanks for all the info
You are very welcome man! Thank you! Going to be positing more videos soon!
Awesome tour of your trailer cool setup
Thank you! Glad you liked it!
Pump oil falls a 1-2mm below the red dot with 32oz in. Its level. I have an extended drain line though. Added more until it reached fill line.
Good thing to look out for! Always good to have a little more!
For anyone looking for the best in the game, Southeast Softwash’s pressure washing and softwashing trailers are the way to go. Simply the best.
"great presentation"!👍
Thank you James!
satisfying roof rinse @7:45
Great video , thank you 👍
Thank you for watching!
tip number which finger to use
awesome video! with your unloader valve on the pressure washer do you run the excess water back into the pump or run the line into your buffer tank?
I have the line routed to the top of my buffer tank.
It’s a 3/8 inch rubber hose
Also thank you! Glad you liked it
I love your setup
thank you Nick!
Very cool set up. I am in Jacksonville Florida. I have the same set up out of the back of a Ford F250 except I only have a 70 gallon water tank. South east soft wash has a really good dynamite degreaser it is very expensive almost $87 a gallon after shipping. I do commercial work weekly with this product and it works great. Most of the time you can spray the degreaser out of a pump a bottle while somebody is coming behind you with the surface cleaner. Good luck man
Hey @kalibmilner877! Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve actually been wanting to try HotterNHell degreaser sometime so thank you for recommending dynamite. May get that instead.
That trailer with that weight is illegal in Jersey. Way too much weight for a single axle
He most likely does not trailer with water in it…I personally dump 90% of my water that filled into the tank at the end of the job.
In all of your pumps and fittings, do you have backups in case of a leak or failure? Is there a spare tire for the trailer or are the tires solid?
I own a Pressure Washing business in Florida most of the Pressure Washing companies I know have a second pump on the truck for soft wash. The banjos and fittings don’t go bad that often and you do not need them on the truck. If you do regular maintenance on your downtime most people that are Pressure Washing will have O-rings for their quick connects so they can replace them on the job. Most Pressure Washing trucks usually only have one pressure washer especially if it’s an 8 gallon a minute my 3500 psi cold water with a clutch cost $6800 2 years ago.
Great video
Thank you Jeff! Thank you for watching!
Very quick and to the point info, thanks to you, I was able to change the pump oil for my Honda GX690 ....🙏👍
Wonderful! Thank you for watching! Glad I could help
Is that all 1/2 inch hose to the proportioner than 5/8 flexzilla?
5/8 from water tank to proportioner 5/8 from Chem tank to proportioner 1/4 from surfactant tank to proportioner. 5/8 from proportioner to the pump. 5/8 from the pump to the reel 5/8 on the reel.
Good video man. What % of SH do you use for post treatment and do you also ever pre-treat? Thank you for your time.
I used 3% to post treat. I generally ever only pre treat really heavy organics or oil with degreaser. Other than that I only post treat
Okay, right on. Thank you for sharing.@@prestigepropertywashing
What is the axle rated at?
3500lbs
U need to post more jobs content and post more content daily. These channels blow up on here doing free jobs also. I saw a guy go from a Simpsons pressure washer to a 40 k unit doing free jobs. Just post helping those less fortunate and your channel blows up with subscribers and donations to do the work for free. Alot of lawncare companies do free clean ups on here also. The views also helps support their channels

Great speaking voice haha
Haha thank you. I try 🤣
What size that jumper hose?
It is a 1/2” 5 or 6 foot jumper rated at 6000psi
Where did you get your business signs and what are they made of? I purchased a PVC sign from Sir Speedy but it blew off at 60mph. Broke at the grommetsz
Got them from fast signs in south Lakeland Florida from Gil. He’s great!
They are made of aluminum composite
Do you run out of water with the 8 gpm ?
I can get through around 400 sqft maybe 600 if use my blower to blow it off instead of rinsing it off prior to cleaning. I try to keep water coming in as I use it so I don’t have to worry about running low.
@@prestigepropertywashing been using vtwinn Honda 5.5 for awhile wanna go with an 8 but don’t want to have water issues same tank you have on single axle no water issues with 5.5 just wanna clean a little quicker.
@@stevesteve4383 you should be all good man. Most properties supply me with enough water. Haven’t ran into an issue yet. Do you have a Hudson float valve or anything similar to auto stop flow into your tank?
@@prestigepropertywashing thanks yes I do have the Hudson about halfway down my tank .
I put banjo quick connects on pump outlet and hose end so no chemicals go into my hose reel .
SMART MOVE! I usually hook my jumper from my pressure pump up to my pressure hose bypassing my reel when I can but never though about something for my chemical reel. Thanks for sharing!
Nice video man. I've got the same pump and need to know what size the drain hose is. I 've looked all over the net and can't find it. I want to order a drain hose off of Amazon if possible. Thanks for the video.
I’m glad you enjoyed the video! The hose label on the hose reads” flextral grip Loc j2-06 nonconductive 3/8” 300psi WP hose”
What size trailer?
This is a 5x10 trailer
@@prestigepropertywashing thanks
I have a 4200psi but it’s 4gpm I have thought about upgrading to a 6 or 8 gpm. Are you happy with the 3500psi or would a higher psi be better?
@@davidkeeling5434 The PSI is perfect for everything I need it for. With a shooter tip I can get decent height also, 3-4 stories depending on wind. I definitely don't have any regrets with the 8. Rinsing is a breeze.
Hey do you mind if I reach out and have questions about the build I’m looking to do something similar I’m here in Tampa about 40 mins from you.
