I would recommend not buying a lot in a flood zone. Most lots aren't in this community.

As a Longhaul truck driver, I've been into North/ South Carolina also into Georgia, there's Alot of sandy soil it should make for good drainage.
Yes the water drains quick. There are some homes on some questionable lots and wanted to show homebuyers what it looks like when after a rain.
Thank you for showing the store, parks, and churches in the area! It’s so hard to visualize what every day life will look like when you’re out of state.
How much are taxes?
Property taxes in that price point in unincorporated Brunswick County are around $1200 a year give or take.
