I'm sorry to interrupt but authentic jerk chicken isn't something that can be replicated from the island. Because the spice blend cannot be replicated. Why's that? There are herbs and spices you cannot find outside the regions where they cook jerk chicken. But when its done right, man you are hooked for life 😅😅😅.
