There's a lot of factors that go into determining whether one combo is better than another, besides damage. The most obvious is meter requirements, both the meter you need to start the combo, the meter you need to spend (irrelevant in this case since meter doesn't carry over between rounds) and the burst you have to spend, as well as the opponent's risc requirements. It could also be suboptimal if the combo is harder, only works on some characters or requires a rare starter, when you could do a combo that is easier, universal and works off of something you'll normally be landing in matches.

That’s mad because that could feasibly happen in a game. Like c.s -> 6HS -> Master’s Hammer -> whatever can build up a solid amount of risk, and all you need is the corner and a hit after the fact.

No, it just won't activate a kill screen in training mode. It deals enough damage to instakill
