This is, by far, the worst axe/hatchet DIY PVC sheath I've ever seen! Did it not occur to you, to pop rivet the PVC together? That hand axe has zero retention. Furthermore, why are you attempting to scout carry a hand axe? Why are you not using gloves on the hot PVC? I'm hoping you'll get better at this, and make another video. BTW, people scout carry knives, not hand axes. Are you planning to go camping, or to use your hand axe as a self defense weapon? I'm very confused!

Very creative. I’m gonna try it. Maybe make a paper template first. I’ve heard guys warming up the PVC in a bbq grill. Thanks

You could accomplish it with a rabbit plane or a circular saw. As well

PVC stands for Polyvinyl Chloride. Because of its high chlorine content, creates toxic pollution in the form of dioxins. Exposure to PVC often includes exposure to phthalates, which may have serious health effects. May I suggest to you and your viewers the use of a mask to avoid breathing that PVC dust?

I really like this. I've watched a few videos where makers with a CNC router use foam for their inserts. I never understood why. If you had a CNC router you could make some really cool tool inserts. You could put the wrenches on an angle and fit them closer. If you were creative you could do amazing things. This is a really good video to show how to organize without spending all your hard money on insert foam, which is crazy expensive IMO.

  • @northgeorgiahandyman2443

I'm a Kaizen foam guy myself, but I really like what you did here. Ignore the naysayers criticizing the "wasted space", etc... They aren't the ones having to find the proper wrench for the job. Great job young man!

Instead of laying them flat you could have set the vertically, as this could have freed up a lot of room.
