@@DuaineSielert Hi 👋🏽 I stayed in Louisiana. The hurricane wasn’t bad at all. I know a few areas lost electricity last night but everything’s back to normal today.
Hurricanes aren’t by levels they’re by categories. Cat 1 is the lowest, Cat 5 is the worst. This is probably going to be a Cat 2 so stay safe! Good job with your prep!

Thank you sm for watching ❤️ I’m so sorry that’s happening to you! I’m going to make a video specifically for that! But I would recommend always drinking through a straw, rinsing with water right after you eat (if your in public), brushing after every meal when you’re able to (even if it’s late and you’re tired 😭) , and I alternate between regular tooth paste and whitening tooth paste just so I don’t develop those white spots on my teeth when I eventually get these braces off. I also stay away from foods with a lot of color in them (examples: cupcakes with vibrant icing colors, Cheetos, etc). Hope this helps 🫶🏽

I don’t eat different with braces I just make sure I have water and I bring my orthodontist floss in this tooth pick case that has a mirror so I’m able to clean my teeth when I’m out. Great Vid ❤

Hey I would recommend eating, ice cream, fries, mash potatoes, smoothies, pastas, baked fish, eggs, etc. Really anything you don’t have to chew that much. Then for colors black, blue, navy blue, teal and purple (light or dark) ❤️
