Honest OHUHU sketchbook review - Is it good for COPICS? - Draw with me
Celebrating my return to CZcams with a non-sponsored honest Ohuhu spiral-sketchbook review. I will draw an illustration with alcohol markers that I have, Copics, and mostly see if they blend well on this paper. Sometimes I sound a bit cringy, but I guess it’s the pay for not doing something like that for long enough. Hope you enjoy the video and find it useful!

Wow, you are way beyond talented makes me just a tad bit jealous. How long have you been drawing? Because I’ve been drawing practically all my life not every day, but long enough I should be better than what I am.
Thank you! Well I've drawn also all my life, not always very passionate and there have been times when I took a pause from doing art. But I started to take it seriously in 2012 and made a lot of studies and learned art fundamentals. I also try to take online workshops and courses every year to improve now. If you want to see my old art, I've made an extra account on ista for it - @cottonyartjourney, or Twitter - @cottonyartjour1. I post there all my art in chronological order, with dates and age. You can see there that I was not always that good)

Excuse me , But where did u buyed the markers and the book because I was looking for it for 1 year
I did bye the sketchbook on German Amazon and the marker's brand is Copic, they are available in many parts of the world. Although they are very expensive, and I recommend any other decent brand that makes alcohol based markers.
Can one just draw with a pencil there and you won't see if you used an eraser? When I was young I always used a plain paper and traced it onto the copic paper before coloring bec the copic paper in my country was always very very thin
Yes, but it takes some practice. I use a Tombow Mono 0.5 pencil and a kneadable eraser. You have to erase carefully not to stress the perforation too much and when sketching you should not press too much. The latter always happens to me unintentionally when I prepare the page with a drawing grid.

Can we draw or Mix colors with the Tedsrewa markers on that sketchbook? Cuz i have the Tedsrewa markers and going to get the ohuhu Sketchbook 😅 I would me so happy if someone can answer me
I'm pretty sure you can! Most alcohol based markers are similar enough for how it behaves. I'm not sure about mixing colours, no matter what paper you use if the ink is really cheap you won't be able to mix colours.

I think some themes are common because they are so timelessly beautiful and evoke feelings in those who look at it. Every single example of a girl in water surrounded by plants that you showed is so beautiful, as is yours, and I could watch these paintings done a thousand times and more. I don't think every painting needs to be something new, innovative, and never done before. If that were the case, we'd have a lot less beautiful art and that would just be sad I think. You did a really really beautiful rendition of this and I really love your soft blending. The hair especially is just gorgeous.
You Lady deserve more subscribers because your ROCK ...your have more Talent and Skill of a lot "Pro" working in the big leagues, because your sweet and nice. Out there is the Jungle! Again your ART is SUPERB!

I bought this same notebook and I love it, although I don't have much experience with marker paper. Great to know it's really quite good. I love watercolor and just discovered they make an inexpensive watercolor paper now, I ordered some and I am excited to try it!

Heya! I just saw this review and I really like this sketchbook However do you know if it also works well with coloured pencils? I use faber Castell Polychromos and I would love to have this! Thank you in advance 😁✨
Colored pencils are not that demanding with paper and I think it will work great! I use colored pencils just for sketching in this book and I like the feeling :) Thank you! ^^

@@CottonyArt so, small update, the sketchbook came in today And damn, the coloured pencils slide very well over the paper, it blends nice and the microns also work well! Definitely ordering it again when my sketchbook is filled 😃😌

Thank you! If you want to red pencil to be erasable then: Prismacolor Col-Erase Scarlet Red If you don't care then: Red 2mm mines from Staedtler + any mechanical pencil
