I did the 12 mantras first, and that woke up my chakras, then I did the ancestors rituals, what was written on the white book in trance was Siva & siti. After that I did the winter Solstice For a year and there was a spaceship that came to me and said abort after two calls, then there was a party with a baby, and two beings dancing in front of my eyes, then two arms and two legs came into my body, then I heard a laughter. It's a lot. I even met Shiva. Please help. There's a lot more.......ect.

When I fall off any of my practices, chanting the Ausar hekau and visualizing my person meditating, exercising, and even doing chores is very effective for getting back on track effortlessly. Also, I protect my energy by progressively living the divine laws and engaging others with love and light. I choose peace everyday even when confronted with the most difficult people and situations. When I have difficulty writing or carrying out a concise script I just breath and visualize my person smiling. This coming Sebek cycle my focus is removing those writing difficulties. Tua Neter for making me a divine healer✨️
