What doubles my love of this version is the uniqueness of the spin of the message to me. Neo's version is good and I like his interpretation, but Sia's version has a special place in my heart. A guy feeling vulnerable enough to confide in a girl about his struggles and inner demons flips the harmful stereotype that guys need to be "tough and emotionless" all the time from other men who aren't in-touch with their own emotions. Not to mention, the vocal range for the track and Sia's ability to convey raw emotion through her music moves me in a way I can't quite place. Overall, this song is very affirming to me and helps me through tough times now and again haha
