I enjoy these videos. One thing I have observed is that the people pick up a bargain price for their old houses but it takes a lot of money to renovate them. Some of the buyers do not realise the true cost of renovations and work involved which sometimes uses up all their money causing so much stress. Some buyers also do not check out the bylaws before buying a property. They should check before buying if they are allowed to follow their dreams.
