What vinyl did you use? Did you use laminate? Wich?
Although the buses look pretty cool, wrapping the windows presents too many problems to write here. I wrote a post for you at mymountain.blogspot.com/2024/05/problems-bus-wrap.html
Please don't cover 100% of the windows. Its uncomfortable to riders and obscures the view.
are you allowed at least one extension? I waited 5yrs and only had four months to find a place. with a dog. and limited disability as well my worker should be working with me.
Irritating background audio, why use it?
mind blown
A joke of a company. They don’t care about you they only care for money, most drivers are OK but the rest are just down. horrible and some speak English as a second language. Most of the drivers I’ve experienced within my five years of using them have been speed demons, and tailgating people. I’ve even noticed one or two of them, running a red light when it turns red before they hit the line(luckily, it wasn’t at high-speed). I don’t even give me started on how late they become when coming to pick me up(so nice work on that crappy mobility) and good luck trying to complain to the reservation people and dispatch as they won’t care about anythinf except money, money, money, money, money, money, money, money, money, money Whatever is been spoken, here is scripted. In fact, every metro mobility video is scripted, I just know. and don’t even get me started on their outdated GPS that looks like it’s probably from the mid 90s lol Only use metro mobility if you have no other options.

Does anyone know if it smells? Im thinking of purchasing a home with one of these nearby.
@Metropolitan Council, good day Maam/Sir. Can i apply as ESP inspector and specialist?
This has to be the dumbest explanation of a caisson i have ever seen. There are so many things wrong with this. You don't dewater the outside, the tremie seal is poured under water!
My question is: if the goal of the structure is to eventually pump water why is it necessary if they were able to pump out water in the first place to put in the structure?
Sometimes these lift stations pump sewage.
Sewage is what is being “Lifted” at a Lift Station.
great job!
Hello can some tell me how to get in there , how to apply or enroll something, thanks
I live a block from here. This is a wonderful idea. Would love to see more of this and would love to eventually live in a park like this if we go for manufactured housing.
Build that to.
Cool ❤❤❤❤❤❤
This looks like sunk caisson construction and surge of water could have been bentonite suspension breaking through when structure shifted or settled.
Great video thank you
My name is Amos, I'm interested to learn metro maintenance. How can I
Hi good morning
U need more air from the top to convert trash into co2
and all the trees within a mile will die.

Why would anyone put money into their homes if they never own the land and can't make money selling the home? This sounds like a nasty hoa where the HOA board has tons of power over the residents and the homeowner never makes any money. If you're ok with renting for the rest of your life, perhaps this would be ok for you. It sounds like a neighborhood where the place would be nice at first but turn into a slum over time due to the fact that you can never make money off the property.
so you think if something cannot have free reign to be solely profit driven will somehow become dishiveled? this incessant drive to profit at all costs disgusts me and is shameful when people's basic needs are put on the backburner because of it.
You sell your home back to the trust for either the price u paid for or a restricted price increase. Its risk to you is pretty low, better for someone who is constantly renting
They’re intentionally removing the home from the speculative market. So if your goal is to acquire an asset and resell it for profit, you should not choose to live in a CLT home. If your goal is to have a home that you can afford to live in, to live without fear of foreclosure, or to ensure that everyone in your community can have reliable access to affordable housing, this might be a better fit for you. It’s not a moneymaking scheme. It’s a solution to the housing crisis.
@@joiedevivrenee my concern with that business model would be people not putting quality repairs or renovation to the homes since you'd never recoup the money you put into the home. My guess is that these communities would be a good solution for affordable housing in areas with high cost of living until the homes get about 25 to 30 years old. This is when most homes undergo a renovation to fix things that wear out. After 30 years, I'm guessing that these nice neighborhoods will gradually turn into run down neighborhoods that people won't want to live in. Do you have any knowledge or experience with this potential concern?? Just curious, I'm not knocking this business model but have concerns
@@joesmith6724 I would agree if the majority of the housing stock in the area I am most familiar with (Alameda County) was not in such poor condition. Only 40% of the homes are occupied by their owners, meaning that 60% are in the rental market and the number of homes with unmitigated lead and mold problems alone are indicative of the fact that when housing is traded as a commodity for increasing the wealth of those who own property they aren’t incentivised to sell to families or keep up with repairs. The competition for housing means that they can continue to ignore necessary repairs while the occupants continue to pay market rate rent. I can’t argue in terms of what incentivises homeowners to make repairs on their existing home because I don’t know anyone who has owned a home for 25+ years. However, it doesn’t seem reasonable that a family would allow their home to fall into disrepair around them because they can’t sell it. Don’t people maintain their cars because of the utility the vehicle provides? They aren’t expecting to resell the car for a profit. They expect it to serve its intended purpose. Thanks for being respectful!
How to convert factory smoke into electrical energy ? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Omg! I knew this existed. I was thinking about a co op tiny home community and figured something like this already has to exist.
How do you join the seams of each new strip???
where is it located?
2400 Childs Rd, St Paul, MN 55106
So the men that signed the constitution in 1787. Came to this country and started colonies for the real estate business? So people can buy houses and rent them out to others? Making a profit off of the hard working people? So I wonder what kind of people make a living off of the hard work of others?
I used to work on lift stations in Panama City Florida. And lemme tell you they are n a s t y my friend. But it’s simple engineering. Jus nasty
Wow, small world. I work at a company in Panama City that actually designs the lift stations used in the area lol.
I work on these stations for a small city, also in Florida. It's really not as bad as I thought it would be. I got over the smell on my first day, but cleaning up fresh dog shit still makes me gag.
How do we get help to turn our mobile home park into a coop
This is what I was just looking into. Land least in California are so expensive
That's gotta be a shitty job...
Short and sweet.

Now all of those happy well behaved greenline regulars will have easy access to the southwest suburbs.
This is a fabulous investment to enhance this park. We love using the trails for hiking and XC skiing. Fishing in the lake. Thank you!
I am trying to find a site without racket in the background and a human talking properly, not like a robot.
~From Hopkins to Eden Prairie will be a weekly LRT trip for me; possbly 45 days if employed there again~
"10 grand or whatever the average fee is for a car" You can guarantee that people who live in the suburbs will spend way more than that on a car.
A year.....
Can’t wait for it to open! 🙂
nice
Anyone know by law how far these lift stations need to be from homes?
There should be a minimum distance between lift stations and residential lots spelled out in your city/county's land development regulations. In my county, lift stations have to be located a minimum of 100-feet from any existing residentially designated lot.
Om pure love 💝😍😍😍
what program was used to create this visualization, and are the 3d models of the LRT trains and stations available for download?
