Edward and Wallace Simpson were Nazi sympathizers thank God he was not King.
1937 Prince Edward begged to stay on good terms and serve with the UK. He pleaded to help the Allies during the war! Hilter was the head of state! Edward, who had been rejected by the British establishment (not the people), went on a State Visit to observe. The UK government arranged parts of the entire trip, and he kept a low profile. The tour was from 12 to 23 October 1937. They were never SYMPATHIZERS. They were used by Stanley Baldwin, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, who suggested the trip, knowing then it would not play well in the press as it doesn't even today 87 years later in your comment. Baldwin is the man who forced the abdication and pushed the trip followed by a Chamberlain who was a sympathizer like Baldwin. They were only once in Germany for only a few days on a government-sanctioned trip. Edward the man kept this seal from age 16 till death. The story of this seal in this video alone reveals his great love for England despite being forced to give up his throne as King for love. It was the greatest love story of the 20th century,

Including yours, I know of nine surviving Josephine Baker automata. I'd like to know more about their history. Do you have a website or other address where I can send you pictures of each one?
