    I like your mindset. Watches are not investments. I've been into watches for well over 40 years and I too own a YM but in two-tone, couple of GMT's and my stainless Sub is the beater. But I also enjoy wearing my Seiko's and Casio's depending on the occasion. Just buy what you want and enjoy wearing them.

    I have to laugh a little bit because my parents had the same thing happen when they built a house only it was the wrong shingles, they ended up green. I never new that was not the color they wanted until they sold it. Bottom line if your building you have to go out at the start of every phase and know exactly what is being done when.

    Good luck with this house flip Chuck because it's not going to be an easy task. From what I can gather, all your practical and sensible ideas were shot down, left and right. I'm glad I'm not working with these people, and I'll leave it at that, anyway, for what it's worth I wish I was doing this deal with you. I'm an easy going person who's not after money and I'm willing to wait to cash out, even if it takes years if need be and I'm open to all idea's. Perhaps someday if I become rich somehow, we'll catch you on the next one

    I also think rolex dont have to be an investment,if you buy one thinking to win more when you will sell it its a mistake,when somebody buy a luxury car you know it will loose value directly,and you will have to pay maintanance,repair ,insurance,gazoline,you dont buy it for win more selling it when you want to buy a new model,so its the same with a watch,buy it for your own pleasure or for show your social position just like buying a mercedes,but rolex is not a bit coin

      @@chakitskrulsawat2.02 i just buy a frederique constant classic index steel rose gold,for me it was a boring brand but it was an oportunuty and i take it,now i tealy apreciate it,good quality,very classic and good acuracy,but i am trying to buy soon in secondary market a cartier or pasha steel gold for 3200$ or a cartier ronde at 3000 42mm,i have a rolex airking 34mm and i sell with regrets my santos steel automatique but in secondary its to high,i remember to buy my cartier santos at 260p$ in year 2000,and now thy cost minimum 4400 or more,its insane...so i am looking for the pasha or cartier ronde more afordable because i love the brand and want to have one ...my dream is a new rolex but to expensive in this moment...
