Highly recommend this bike light. RAVEMEN FR160 is for anyone who wants an aero and sleek powerful bike-light. It is absolutely the best thing I have found for my bike. It connects directly to your Garmin mount and your Garmin computer goes on top. It is very cool and useful!

Can this light be controlled by a garmin computer or be used in a light network with other lights connected to a garmin computer?

I had the Ravemen PR1600 Bicycle Headlight that I purchase aug. 01, 2021. Until now the remote worked without issues. Now the remote only works sometimes. I've changed the batter and did the 'Repairing'. As far as batter life, I use a Power Bank when cycling most of the time. On dark roads I need the high setting as seen in my night cycling videos. Stupid, how about doing a demo ride at night to show how the beam lights up in front of the bike!!

I like how it helps me keep my handlebars clutter free. Have the Ravemen GoPro computer mount so I have a stronger 1000 lumens light attached underneath for riding in the dark. Nothing on my handlebars and the beam is unobstructed.

Hi when headlight are detected and it goes in boost does it stay in that mode or does it dim back down?

The segmented LED is smile worthy. I could see some company "praising" an overdone wifi function broadcasting the same info to a phone app. Keep it stupid simple ravemen. Full disclosure,I own a unit in the PR line

how well does it light up the path you are traveling. for all the flaws with the Light n Motion Urban Trail 800 i just lost, it did cast the best light ahead on trail or street. need to see how this lighte if i am to take the plunge.

On the website it states that it can be run directly off a USB battery bank for extended run time. The next part is a bit confusing, when running it off the battery bank does it only work in the low power mode?

I’ve got one. It’s good for daytime visibility and city riding but nighttime trail riding or somewhere with poor street lighting you’d need something a little stronger

Purchased 2 of the FR160 the jury is still out on brightness (daytime 160 L) and runtime in winter months Garmin fits secure and both mounted on K edge out front

Guys i didnt get any respond on discount you propose on ravemen tr50 and cr1000. So i wait and I bought them with normal price. Both are great on my emonda sl6 pro21

Battery backup ?

After returning 3 rubbish Moon MX lights (2 were DOA and 1 died on the first ride), I ordered a Ravemen FR160 from Tredz after them sending me a £10 voucher. This is far better than that Moon rubbish and oozes quality. I use it on a Garmin out-front mount (using long stem bolts) and pop my Bryton S800 on top. All secure and with enough light to be seen easily, I couldn't be happier!

How do you mount it at an angle to the seat post? The pictures of the product look like it mounts flush and will towards the road.
