I did come across this problem before, and I think because Angel Island is so glitchy you just have to be really precise about how you perform the glitch. The best advice I can give is to follow the video as closely as possible, but good luck getting it.

Sadly, I don't have Netflix, so I can't get the mobile version, so I can't verify if it's possible to get on mobile or not, but as far as I'm concerned it should be the same steps.
