@@bill9693 Just a bit of friendly advice I hope helps : A much superior R.A.C.K. Vest can be had for $25-$36 at many online vendors. These bad boys were made for the U.S. Army Rangers in the early days of MOLLE, so they won't fall apart or fail in battle. They are made for war. They are Cordura, have a main/torso field of 3 rows of 20 MOLLE loops each, and 3 rows of 6 loops each on the bib, plus some Velcro and mesh pockets inside. I have one set up for .308 military rifles ( mainly the CETME and FN FAL copy I have ) and one I'm going to set up for AK since I'm getting ready to buy another AKM ( either a Serbian Zastava or Yugoslavian M-70 and I don't want to pay more than $100 +, as well as shipping from Russia like I did with my other chest rig and tac vest for my 2 AKs. I will have to adjust it and ride higher so the AK 30 round mag pouches don't interfere with my pistol belt. If you're going to buy another chest rig for 30 or so, Google RACK Vest or similar ( I think Ali Baba has them for 30 or so, as well as Bonanza, shop/surf around and you'll find them. Most expensive I've seen them is $40 at Cheaper Than Dirt. You will be very much happier and more satisfied, I think, as well as having a much higher quality chest rig. Tru Spec and 5ive Star Gear make the originals and best, and they mount a pretty decent load of mags and gear compared to most chest rigs
+ Anything Army Tactical Yeah, but not by as much as you think. Those MOLLE pouches add up quick. So, while I agree that he should have gotten a better deal, he did get about $50 or more of pouches. With that said, you can get an FLC/FLICK on Amazon for $12 all day, especially in ACU Digital ( because people whine about not liking ACU Digital, which is an excellent Winter and urban camo ), so I see where you're coming from, and if everything is used ( and the "Rifleman's" setup includes the assault pack ), he should have paid $50 or so for the whole kit
