Hey I shot the majority of this video on a Canon 70D, with the standard kit lens. I didn't use any grips/stabilizers/gimbals, but the lens itself has a "stabilizer" mode which works moderately well. That combined with some stabilization in post-production was enough. A few shots are on a GoPro, just held in my hands.
This is so well-crafted, beautiful. I'm headed to Iceland next month - could you give some insight as to where some of those places are (and how easy/hard it might be to get to them from Reykjavik)?
This page has tons of great information: www.reddit.com/r/VisitingIceland/top/ For list of attractions, check out this link in particular: www.reddit.com/r/VisitingIceland/comments/4obcc3/super_mega_iceland_map/ These places are all along the Ring Road, which goes all the way around Iceland. I highly recommend dedicating 10 or so days to driving the entire Ring Road if you can.
One of the only places in the world I've been to where I've found peace.
Very hard to reach this place
Was here last month. One of the first videos I have seen that really capture how beautiful it was 🙌
I know it doesn't buy talent, but can I ask whats your shooting equipment? Beautiful, stable imagery.
