What happens when you maybe wash your hair with shampoo just one time during no shampoo? Ive been washing with only water since october 2023, and i plan on continuing, but i have to go to a hairdresser and, since my hair is still in the greasy phase, i have to wash my hair with shampoo. Will it ruin the process or not really do anything?

Its the best product ever I think on hair and skin,....: Sidr Powder (also known as Jujube or spina Christi) it mada my hair soft and shiny and lets on my skulpt regrow new hair!! You just mix it with hot water and let it sit 1 hour before application on the hair - here like 3-5 min on the hair, then rinse out and ready! Its the best product ever I met as no poo shampoo!!!

Be careful using just conditioner - conditioner alone can cause buildup on the scalp and that can cause clogged pores and follicles. I hate sulfate cheap shampoo, I use sulfate free or a co wash. Co wash is like using conditioner but with a little more cleaner to help the scalp.

Great 🙂👍 Morocco is safe just make your back bag on your chest in the crowded souks. Second thing barging, haggling is the national sport in Morocco it's the passion so try to negotiate every price in the old souks without shame just say no lt's normal. Also if some waiter in Jama3 lefna squar try to stop you to show you their menu just say no thanks. Also the same for the hawkers or street vendors. Also you can see some beggars 70 % of them are pro they can earn more than a bank manager per month. but if you feel tired, hot or you look for some chillout go to the city of the wind Essaouira city or Assillah city or Warzazet city so peaceful cities. It's so easy to rent a car too like 40 dollars a day. for information the nord of Morocco is a little cold in janury. In general Morocco is good for travel, rich of culture and safe. Life is not easier like in europe but he do the best of he can, the most civilised city in Morocco for now is Tanger city. Good trip just enjoy every moment 🙂. About tips : sneaks charmer or dancers : 2 dollars. Henee tatoe : 5 to 7 dollars. camel ride in beach : like 6 dollars. Taxi cost : 1 dollar for 2 or 3 klm like each 5 mn ride every taxi has an counter by dirhams currency ...

Its ok to use shampoo. Once in a while some SOAP is very healthy. Also u need to check the calcium in your tapwater. Its better to use water from natural scource because if the tapwater is too kalky it will make your hair dry aswell. Once every two weeks some shampoo / soap / vinegar and your hair will be great. X
