It is steamed fish in lime and chili soup or "Pla Neung Manao" in Thai. We ate grouper in this video but seabass is more popular for this menu for Thai people because it is more tender

Fishermen leave the fishing net in the sea in the late morning. Then, they go to the sea to collect it around 3am the next day and return to the market around 5am.

The Takoyaki Balls stand was excellent! The guys making the ice cream were really cool, but I didn't get around to trying any.
I would not eat street food. it isn’t regulated. Sometimes you see people with their dirty hands, touching the food without using gloves, you get dust and debris from the wind. I do not trust eating their food. they do a great job putting it all together.
