The directions for resetting the filter light are misleading at the 3:50 time mark. The instruction directions say to tap on the reset button twice within 1 second, but it shows the user tapping the reset power switch twice, not the reset filter button twice, so people are going to tap the reset power button as your video shows. May I suggest in future that the people who are validating that these videos are helpful is someone who hasn't used one of these devices in any shape before and before. It's quite easy for people who are familiar with these devices to follow along quite simply because they already understand what this supposed to happen.

This doesn't explain how to reset the HEPA filter replacement light. I can't find anything that explains how to do this properly. The manuals instructions are wrong and do not work. If I can't find anything I'm going to post what the manual says and highlight that this doesn't work.

Got this one recently. Well built unit but the handle feels flimsy. The issue is the digital locks has some issue. I need to try few times before it opens the lock.

I search for a video on how to properly install this, and THIS is all I can find. Anywhere. The instructions are almost useless. The QR code on the cover of the manual takes you to....AN ADVERTISEMENT! SHOCKER!

This thing has design flaws! The drum that pushes the air out denigrates over a short period of time. The machine is useless at that point! The repair is not worth the labor to fix it. That's the end of Honeywell.

Worst alarms I’ve ever owned. Batteries all died within a few years, replacing them; random chirps and beeps in the night or random days - no cause. Alarm going off randomly in a room where a candle was lit DAYS ago. No obvious way to stop red LED blinking and reset it back to green light. Mysterious orange light patterns that have no explanation anywhere. I even had one that reached its end of life: I unloaded it as well as manually set it to stop power supply for the end of life… it STILL kept chirping. And they say it’s so intuitive whether it’s a smoke or CO2 alarm - but that’s only if you remember all the time which is which between 3 blinks and 4. Customer Service is okay for replacing them when they die prematurely, but in having peace of mind? These are a waste of resources. They’ll keep you on edge instead of giving you peace of mind, and react to every speck of dust until you’re walking on eggshells to even light a scented candle or open a door. (Then you’re running around the house trying to figure out which one triggered the alarm and it’s STILL not intuitive.) exhausting.

Don't wast your money. It only last two times before the pulling stopped working.

Great Video just changed my filters , I change my pre filter every 2 months this helps me to avoid changing my other 3 filters in the next 10 months . It’s says a year but I will say 10 months or depending on the dust in your home . Good luck 🍀

It takes how many days to changer filter?

Doesn't appear to be "sealed". I got one right out of the box, didn't work because of dead battery. I removed the cover and was able to replace the 9V battery and the unit started working. SA340 was properly sealed.

Why not show how to see the current level. This should be in the video.

Need to adjust the Red light

My local fire extinguisher refill professional explained that he cannot refill First Alert fire extinguishers without breaking an internal part to open the unit. The replacement for that part makes the refill cost more than buying a new fire extinguisher. First Alert knows this, but advertises their units as "refillable." Kidde and Amerex do not have this "feature."

And how deep is it? There are all the measures, but there is a lack of depth, and that is the most important thing for me.
