Do you think I can get my period back if I do pilates around 3 times a week? Is it too much stress? I already gained about 9kg but I was still doing quite a bit of exercise, so I don’t know if it interrupted my hormones..what do you think?
If you are still in a calorie surplus whilst doing the pilates I think that is fine. You just have to make sure you are eating enough and focus on your fat intake etc. it definitely is trial and error😊

I did keto and intermittent fasting for my autoimmune condition and that's when my weight dropped to 46kg, but I was always underweight even before that, and my period stopped.
Maybe reaching your healthy weight again would help with period recovery 😊

@@sabrinamitchell5530 as long as it helps 😊 it took me 4-5 months of really committing to it all. I think because I was still exercising it took a little longer than it would have if I wasn’t

Awhh thank you so much💖 so I was doing strength training 3/4 times a week (gentle though), then I was playing netball at uni twice a week. So I did quite a lot but I did eat a lot of food!! I was nearing the 3000 cal mark. I think being consistent really is key with it :)

Restrict diet yet you cannot eat any choc bar or any desert without having these so called banana and potetion powder in it. Have normal snack, they have their own taste
I love this, theres so many accounts saying to eat lettuce for the crunch of crisps but truly it will only make you eat more foods as well as the original craving 😮

Dunno about all that. You realise you ate a corpse of a baby bird right? And secretions from a tortured cow? I mean why? It’s 2023, the alternatives are there.
Mabye she just isnt vegan or vegetarian. We do realize that.
Nice try guilt tripping, but most commercially eggs are NOT fertalized, and the hen will lay them regardless. So do you go and use every single egg you ever produce? Or let them "a baby corpse" waste away? Same thing. Stop being so gullable, there are WAY more pressing issues.
