I think my throat would be rather sore left had some lozenges after 10 hours of making that chanting noise but yeah thanks for the positive statement there my friend very good we need more positivity in all aspects of our lives. These days is too much doom and gloom about everything and people are just losing it without thinking things as you say things are not usually as bad as they seem to be at time and most people don’t realize, depending on how old they are that you know they have survived all of these catastrophes in their mind, you know so there is survivor the older you get the more you have survived and hopefully learned how to deal with all of these pop-up emergencies. Everybody just needs to calm down and think things through everything is gonna be all right.

I was diagnosed with BPD a decade ago.. Very little remedies have helped regulate myself.... But after hearing this ... I believe everything I go through is because I lost the connection to my ancestral roots ... Living in the south hemisphere...so far from where my soul feels most at home..
