tough to hear when a band has performed a song 100000 times and they get uninspired and switch things up for the worse. still one of my favorite songs and a fine performance but idioteque live performances post 2000's are tough.

Thanks loads for this ... Was there that evening, this song had always been mesmerising, but live, it went to another dimension. Thom also enjoys that flutter effect Tom (Skinner) does with the cymbals a couple of times during the song - which combined with all the rest that's going on at that moment of the song, just takes you to wherever you need to go. He actually opens his eyes at that moment! The whole concert was memorable. Cheers again.
