Don't internalize the negative things you hear, only listen to the good and encouraging voices.
Thank you so much for a really interesting webinar. Because of it, I have connected with SANE, and chatted to people concerning mental health issues.
I really feel for you, I am caring for my partner and I have bipolar, we also have a child together. I suspect my partner has schizophrenia but she refuses to believe it, I am really struggling.
I don’t want to be a part of the Stigma Say No! Thankyou for sharing, Love and best wishes to you. Karen
This was heart breaking to hear my friend is schizophrenic and homeless but she is one of the sweetest and most loving people I've ever met i love her to death... kindness and love can go a long way stop hating and start accepting!!!!
That was heart felt. I used to have this idea of crazy people and you know what it was just a stereotype. People with mental disorders and some of the most open and out going people. Plus most of the big names in intelligence had mental issues.
I wish i could catch up with one of you for coffee... Watching thede videos helps a lot... I'm not alone like I think I am.
Please keep in mind that voices and attacks can be humans using high technology weapons.
I have paranoid schizophrenia with insomnia
wake up people ! I know western people believe in a material that's why gradually it became the devil play ground. doctors says a chemical imbalance, split personality cause of early childhood trauma then only gives temporally solutions which is a medicine. Don't u ever asking yourself where the voice comes from? don't u get it the voices is belong to devil ? i have question did you ever try praying hard seeking holly sprit a guidance bowing down to the kingdom of the most high(God) and the son(Jesus) every time? try it u will be set free ! remember when you start praying the voices will increases it's attack more than ever because the devil knows his enemy don't ever give up keep praying read Bible do holly stuff . I'm one of you guys back 16 years ago now I'm a free
I just googled the systemfluid flag, and I almost cried. I am part of a traumagenic system, and to know that there is something that describes our experience is so beautiful to know. We always used different terms for different alters, and genderfluid for us as a collective, but this describes us so much better. Thank you for making this flag, and giving us this space to be.
Please,Please ,Not More Stigma! Be' Kind! 🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝💕
Sounds like my symptoms... only I have avoidant personality disorder
they're on the same spectrum as far as ik so it makes sense..

Amazing end the stigma ❤
All my brother does is moan at me then I do the same I had highly stressed job I didn’t even want to do it in the first place it pisses me off wtf is freedom and why the fuck am I doing in this stupid place anyway
Schizophrenia is a nightmare.
Thank you. 🙏🙏🙏❤️
Very nice
I hear what you advise not to say, but I don't understand how it is unwelcome or perceived as disrespectful. Can you explain why? Covered in another vid?
B.s.
It's at it's most difficult when you are the focus of that person's paranoia. I support my friend who has schizoaffective disorder and I try never to contradict or dismiss her experiences, but every now and again suddenly with FURIOUS anger she will accuse me of psychically attacking her in the most horrific ways. Nothing could be further from the truth, but if I say nothing she assumes I'm guilty, if I deny it meekly she says I'm lying, and if I deny it strongly she gets even more angry. It's a no-win situation. I usually just tell her I haven't and would never harm her, as calmly and caringly as I can, knowing she will continue to be angry and believe her experiences, but at least I've given her some love. Sometimes then the next day she's back to normal and at least I haven't made it worse by pushing her away. Maybe on some level she felt the love.
It is all in your head and the voices aren't real.
It's sad you have to remind ppl to be human, if one is so simple and narrow minded , should they even be in the company of mentally disabled ppl?
Nella said people were always following him but he wasn't smart enough to figure it out those people were trying to show him who where going to win future sporting events, by the clothes they are wearing it's all about the colours, we are living in a repeated program.
I have a brother Who is schizophrenia Can say paranoid too Till the age of fourty he was very best normal Science houn or school bio chemistry Over all inference is Tooooo much conditioning not cutting the umbilical cord baptising etc etc Paranoid because of depositing in the hospitals etc It’s a case for which parents are responsible Now IGNORENCE has played a huge part in our case A brilliant student National hockey player Ignorence at the hands of parents has lead to this Lost total faith in himself. Which lead to hallucination and mind submits to lower frequencies too Off the cuff if it helps us PARNAM
This does not make sense
Truthfully, everything people see hear and experience is all just in their head.
Stop being so over sensitive and let's be honest you ain't Guna do shit
Really talk about yourself and we'll see who is schizophrenic
This is so brave and beautiful ❤️the stigma has to end!
This is great thanks very much. And of course it's an very important to have these statements about negations and what not to do. It of course begs the question what do you say instead?
Yes that is dismissive. I think it's an issue of not knowing what to say. I think an appropriate answer would be that everything is in your head. All of your perceptions reside in your head. Reality is in your head too. It's a huge subject in philosophy.
Glad your family/ wife is there for you. My family disowned me evan tho I didn't talk about my bipolar because it would be used against me . I now in my 40s just want to sleep my life away only I to sons . If I really bad my son stay a extra night or 2 at his dad's but I have to sat I have a headache or something.
I'm schizophrenic & hear voices too. What you are saying in this video is correct. Some people just don't understand or don't want to understand
Schizophrenia IS A VITAMIN DEFICIENCY! It's in literature that it's a vitamin problem. I gave my mom vitamins and her Schizophrenia went away and she got cured! Vitamins B12 B6 Folate Acid gets rid of it.
quit the caffeine and get some magnesium, the medical community don't recognise caffeine being the reason for a huge portion of mental health, theres lots of information on the internet and so many clinical sub terms for things which are one and the same but maybe at different levels or degrees, caffeine caffeine caffeine...
Yes and they don’t mention any of the poisonous processed foods or lack of movement or connection with nature. All on purpose
You are unique, peculiar, phenomenal, out of the ordinary, extraordinary, unimaginable, unthinkable, strange, weird, outlandish, outstanding, oddball, incredible, funny, crazy, spaced-out, curious, wild, fantastical, fantastic, phantasmagoric, hallucinatory, daydreamlike, surreal, visionary, legendary, romantic, pictured, fabulous, ideal, imaginary, chimerical, a figment of consciousness...
💞
Treat them with respect. Treat them as someone who needs our attention and support. Never tell them that he has a mental problem unless he admits himself. An empathetic understanding of his situation and treating him like a normal person will greatly help. Do not ignore them or underestimate them since they have a very fragile self-esteem. Be sensitive to their needs and pay attention when they say something.
Don't treat them with respect, respect them. Or suffer.
It can be done. 😉
Good start 😁. I pretend like I'm not dying internally like everyone else. 😑
We don't have to pretend anymore. I've solved it. 😁
All the best to you, Mick. Don't forget to love yourself. Xo. The suicides bother me too. We all need to learn to accept each other. Hopefully, the world will change...
Being and not-being, order and disorder, life and death, light and darkness, masculine and feminine, dry and wet, hot and cold, active and passive, life and death, for example, are mutually arising, interdependent, and complementary aspects of one and the same process. Life contains the seed of death; death the Fertile energizing seed of life.
