If you have Desch to fill the thunder imperiller role, or even Garnet, I wouldn't go out of my way for Rajin. Raijin's kit is nice, especially with the ability to AoE paralyze with his HP atk every 3 moves, but I use him so rarely because he is _slow_. So very, extremely slow. Re: orbs, she has her own, and one of the refined ones that give a tiny atk boost when breaking/attacking a broken enemy. Can't remember whose off the top of my head. The D slot is currently empty, cos I'm out of even refined D spheres.

Having Kura's 30% HP multiplier further enabling Vivi's ridiculous numbers is Very Fun lol. My Vivi currently has two Atk+108/Buffed Attack Speed** and one Charged Fire**/Buffed Attack Speed**. Kura just wants all the atk he can get, so ideally 3x Atk+108/c50. In this run he only has one, and the other two are Atk+108/SomeSkillPassiveIDon'tRemember cos I'm still in the process of farming XD

Hmmm, other than what I've already put in the notes, the only thing I can say is, go ham on skills and don't bother using hp++ attacks (other than Vivi's double fire; that's stronger than his skills lol) with Vivi or Basch. There is very little need for skill conservation here. Zidane does need you to be sparing with his skills, cos his longevity sucks ass at 0lb. Vivi really wants triple Buffed Attack Speed if at all possible. Each one of those gives him a whopping 20% atk up, which means that by only having one, you are missing a good 40% attack on him. He already has 12 uses of Fire; he really doesn't need 3 more, so the Charged Fire isn't as important. If you have either Nine or WoL's LD, try using them in place of Basch. They can give you a faster run because of all the batteries they give the team, whereas with the team I'm using here, everyone's relying solely on their own strength.

Glad it worked! Ramza's million free turns are really great for this tier, what with its tight turn count. He honestly felt more important than snow or lenna; I'd originally tried this with him at 0lb, but went well over the turn count

Lmao yes they are so hard to get.

If you get her off free pull, or with a fistful of tickets, then she's worth building for the express purpose of DE. Her 85% atk aura is matched by very few characters (Sazh has 75%, Penelo 80%, Alphinaud 85%, Serah 100%). She doesn't look like much, but just her being there strengthens the team considerably. The fact that she AURAS rather than buffs the team also makes her an easier partner for characters like Ultimecia and Vayne, whose free turns cause them to run through buffs too quickly. Having said all that, she is an older character, and her damage potential lags far behind the newer supports that we have just gotten (alphinaud, aphmau, lenna, arciela, garnet), and her hp regen is fairly weak. Is she usable, yes, very much so. But would I deliberately sink resources to chase her right now, no, not really. Having said that, it does also depend on your roster. If you have a severe dearth of healer/supports, you may want to chuck a few more tickets, just cos I don't really see many other healers coming up in the near future.

And yeah, that's actually the case with a number of adds, like commander beasts, and Rinoa's moth things: if you kill the first batch, and the boss re-summons replacements, the replacements will die with the main boss (as the one on the left did here). But If you keep the original adds all the way to the end, they will remain even after the main boss goes down, and you'll have to kill them separately. That's why I deliberately took C down early: I was going to have to do it eventually anyway, and having one of the targets off the field made things easier for a while, even though I knew there would eventually be a resummon. Having all three targets would have completely wrecked Layle's ability to set up for any kind of remotely decent launch.
