Hot take but I've always hated when he throws buildings into his paintings. He'll make this beautiful landscape painting, and then throw a lopsided brown barn right in the middle of it. Honestly it kind of ruins a lot of his paintings.

Bob Ross learned to paint Alla prima from Bill Alexander. Both have passed away. Both were excellent artists. Amazing how many people they encouraged to pick up a paint brush. Very inspiring.
