Jordanian cuisine is near and dear to my heart- the Hashemite Kingdom is my birthplace and what I called my home for so many years until I traveled to the US. A lot of the recipes I share with you are traditional foods that I grew up with and that carry special memories from late night meals with family or friends filled with talk and laughter, to satisfying dessert cravings, to special Eid dishes.
