Hello.I adjusted the governor due to it coming loose and now it runs around 3000-3200 rpm. Its a 2013 craftsman 3000. But now the idle is way to high. And speed control will not work. It has a new carborator as well. I try adjusting the spring you mention in the video, but rpm will not lower. Is there something else i can do it?

My Self Propelled Sears Leaf Vacuum also has a large nozzle, that came with the unit, that attaches where the collection bag connects to the outlet. So the vacuum can be used as a leaf blower too (but it only points in one direction to the left of the machine). I'm surprised that the nozzle does not come with the vacuum anymore. Mine is called a four in one. It vacuums. It blows leaves. It shreds small branches. It hose vacuums small areas. But I noticed that the 4" 90 degree nozzle does not come with the newer units.

I just refurbed a 3013 I got on marketplace for 160$. Put about 120$ in it and sold the gas tank for 75$ on ebay (50$ after fees + shipping) So I got 230$ in it and it needs a battery, tires, and a hydro fluid change. I put a little ATF in the tires after removing the cores. They leak much slower now lol. I'll probably go to bigger tires and have 4300$ in it when done. Good video!

Not true ,4 bolts tip the engine back,put the frame back in place and weld.Less than two hours,if it happens !

You are a negligent discharge waiting to happen. You failed to clear the second rifle at the end of your course of fire. Obviously you are complacent about firearm handling safety. And before you tell me it was empty, most people get injured or killed by "empty guns" then the loaded kind. Yiur review was idiotic. Too many disimilarities between the two rifles for a true comparison. What you should have done is shoot one both uppers with the same lower, switching them out to get condistency. Also one upper had a bayonett and the other did not. The added weight and associated altered barrel harmonics would effect felt recoil too. You have no concept on how to test or compare things to get good data/information.. BTW, trigger groups have nothing to do with felt recoil, only sttocks, buffer lengths, action springs and buffers do. You comparison is totaly wortless.

I saw you comment over and over about the failure of the cracked recoil starter assembly. But… do you have a video how to put the recoil spring and rope assembly back together? Otherwise this video was a complete waste of time.

Hi my timer ran out of oil, I have a black max 4cycle trimmer. At true value we were told to put 2 cycle oil. And we did and now the trimmer won’t work. How do we fix it.

I just picked one up on the curb in my neighborhood here in Carolina Beach NC. The spark plug and air filter and filter cover are missing, so I'm not very optimistic. Although engine turns freely and has some compression. I have the Cub Cadet version and it has been the BEST piece of equipment I've ever owned. I've run the hell out of it for years and it still runs! Almost always starts on the FIRST pull! And the DISCONTINUED it!

I miss mine my 4 stroke weed whacker the one I have now needs a new fuel line after cutting away the bad split part it was just short of the tank.

The 50 cals cans are amazing for firework canister shells! The fat 50 holds 6" canisters nicely. Now I need a big one for display shells.

Try putting a NGK 7 plug in and run 91 pump gas. Mine runs great! Starts up with the slightest pull! Just installed a 68-S Carburetor on my lawnboy!

I have a Duraforce that I picked up in unknown condition. I checked compression at 120 PSI. I put seals in and sealed the case. I could see some bluing around the crank. I think it has been well used. I've mowed with it a few times. It is using a lot of fuel. I have another Duraforce and this one uses a lot more fuel. I have had trouble with it acting like it is running out of gas after mowing awhile. It also seems like it is running faster than normal. It will idle down, but it seems to want to go full throttle, until you move it down to idle. What do you think? I have been through the carb, but have not messed with the governor.
