That's the kind of people who never shut up about race. NEVER has a single black man or woman has ever complained to me about what their race goes through. EVER.

This is the logic that people seem to completely miss in our modern world. “The world is sexist so let’s hire more women” in other words, let’s discriminate against women. “The world is racist let’s hire more minorities” in other words, let’s discriminate against minorities. He’s right, the way to eliminate the problem is to STOP all discrimination whether favourable or unfavourable and just know/hire a person on merit and character.
