No Elite apps on superbox now! Only bluetv and vod

Did you see what just happened to all the redbox customers that "owned" digital movies? These services don't make since to me because you are paying the BUY not RENT cost to "own" a movie that you can lose access to at anytime with no refund. Plex and non-DRM services allllll the way.

Mine keeps crashing every 10 minutes or so when I'm watching Live TV. My internet is over 400 mbps. I reset and reinstall the apps and still crashes. Any tips?

when i plug my external hard drive in with iso blu ray images on it... what happens? Do they just get linked to a folder on the player and then i just hit play to watch the movie?

Hi have some BluRay ReMux mkv rips with me. I have them in TrueHD Atmos + Dolby Vision. Mkv files the TV is unable to play at DV, and fallsback to HDR. I used ffmpeg to convert it to mp4 while keeping the DV intact. But but the TrueHD atmos is still an issue for me. My soundbar supports that format but the TV won't play it. How should I resolve it.

I love buying Blu-ray collection box sets like the recent drops by WB and Columbia. I would NEVER get a Kaleidescape, even if it was only the same price as my zidoo.

Hello pein, I have a zidoo uhd 2600, I noticed my player won’t audio decode any movies that have Dolby digital or LPCM, any solution?

If your using Remote play do you listen to the audio and game chat through your computer and then have to plug in a USBC Mic into the PlayStation so people can hear you talk back ?

I have one of them but I prefer the the VSEEBOX V3 PRO, I'm not a fan of the remote and it's really tough to get a VPN on it. Superbox is pretty stable no real issues viewing content as long as you have a VPN on it which is something nobody talks about when they review theses boxes. Tip when done viewing for the day go into apps force stop and clean cache each app you use, then use the broom to clean. This will prevent any buffering when using the box.

Hi Penny this is scooter Steve a lot of people had their boxes for a month so we bought the instructions if you had a problem with the box and the apps are not working please do a factory reset so that's why I have three applications some people told me they bought the box brand new a guy bought it yesterday got it yesterday in the mail and he contacted me and said there's no more elite ultra applications I know you were talking about the blue one the superbox 5 Max I saw that one it was cheaper but I want the superbox elite ultra like everybody else so it's still going to be down for maintenance I hope it comes back soon so I can start filming again let me know what's going on if you find any more information you're doing a wonderful job on your videos you take care of this a scooter Steve from CZcams❤🎉❤🎉

Hi ping this is a scooter Steve thank you for mentioning my name on your channel you're doing a wonderful job I still want to let you know I had videos showing about the superbox ultra but super box has been killing me so many things it's still down so I don't advertise it anymore but I'll be back online soon as I get the truth when it's still coming on I have two of those super box elite ultra I'm watching it right now there's not the elite is not still working in the app store you still have three channels on there the backup app is working the TV live is working an on-demand is working and that's it I had to go in the Google Play store and download some other stuff to make so I can take the replace of the lead superbox is still advertising the equipment and still saying it's got 17 application and it does it now if you know when it's coming up let me know then I can tell everybody and then I'll start filming about the superbox elite ultra you take care you're doing an excellent job this is scooter Steve from CZcams❤❤❤❤🎉

Thanks for the tips friend. Using something similimar on my LG C1 since animation can get too bright and tiresome for the eyes if i'm using the normal setting I use for movies.

Good to see both platforms designs side by side as i havent used infuse pro just have iTunes both seem cool

The price its not really worth it thou buzz make good boxes , 8k doesn't really work unless you can find the links that will work , as far as more ram it really is wasted after 4 gigs the original shield came with a 500gb hard drive which can be upgraded , also buzz do not ever update the os level you will get some firmware updates but thats it . Also its missing widevine support on the buzz. If i wanted more features for 8k i would go with zappa or what is use in my media room the zidoo z3000, but honestly Nvidia Shield is a no brainer for the best longest lasting all rounder android box , but if you are on a budget you can use a old samsung cell phone with a Dex dock and get the best box ever depending on which samsung device

Nice to have you back! Just to follow up I did email customer service about 7 days ago. Not the Superbox S5 Pro site. But the Elite Pro+ website. I was told to be patient and they are working on the problems. Now some Elite apps are working again , and some state login. Also, my ElitePro+ has a banner instructing me to enter the playstore and activate the new ElitePro+ icon. However, that icon is no longer in my playstore on the box!
