I am also facing the same problem.

Same with my two S24 Ultras; they both get hot. Sometimes during calls, I need to put them on speaker because they get too hot on my ear.

Get rid of samsung and buy a oneplus 12..Problem solved.

I put the spegin ez fit screen protector on mines. Yeah it brings the glare back. It's fantastic so far. It comes with 2 for 15 bucks. Plus I have the d brand grip case. With that combo it's kept my device like new. Plus the case is magsafe.

well my s23 did developed some minor scratches but it wasnt like a scratch but more of a smudge which couldnt be cleaned off anymore.... + original samsung flip case made some of those smudges but more vissible.... so yeah i have a tpu screen protector which feels terrible but covers all of the display... as i dont understand how these smudges got on there

Any thoughts on the s25 leaks?

My battery life is phenomenal. Heavy user and the phone stays cool.

I got A LOT of scratching on my S24U just by putting i in my pocket. No other phone in my life had this problem. People are not dorks, this glass is crap.

I have the exactly same situation... I started to notice that S24 Ultra start to overheat after april update.... I do the same thing and all is updated Galaxy Store, Google Play and firmware. I tried to optimize the phone but nothing.... obviusly I notice more when I play a game but I have ever the temperature displays on screen and before the same game I played on about 37°C max now I touch also 40° and believe me I feel the changes. I don't understand why Samsung create this temperature problem with updates because also last year with my S23 Ultra I had the same situation at the same months! PS: Obviusly also have a battery drain issue... I notice that battery drain about 30-40% in fact on Device Assistance before it tells me the battery has about 24/26h of life while now tells me about 12/16h!!! I repeat again that I do the exact same things exact same use of the smartphone!!

Hey there I'm sorry to bother you. I've commented my problem days ago and u gave a like on my comment, but not a solution , but I needed to get ur attention and I hope this comment does. I'm just here looking for an adevice from an Android guy to an Android girl. Here is the deal..... I got my S23 Ultra on July 3rd 2023 and it has been a month now that my 1X cam is not in focus. It just focuses on the near subjects like if it's within, Let's say less than a meter distance. And then whenever it's a bit further, it's blurry. It's not focusing. No matter How much I try to follow up tutorials I've watched on CZcams. How many hacks, How many times that I resetted the settings of the camera, How many I resetted the phone. I almost went to reset the data on the phone but I didn't want to do it so I won't lose my data. I'm asking your help for What should I do to get my focus back? It's a pretty expensive phone for me and I don't have the budget to buy a new one. And the shops here with the tech guys is just not as efficient that I can trust them with my phone. So can you please help me with my problem to get my 1X focus back? Thank you for your time, I hope you can help.

overall an unbelievable phone, but really Samsung overheating shouldn't be a common issue in your 14th generation smartphone!

Mine doesn't get hot ever. Just a little warm when charging and when playing intense games for a while. Just as there are a couple of comments here stating what you are saying, there are at least the same amount of us where this isnt an issue, not to mention there are dozens of 2-3 month reviews all over youtube where more than not the phone being hot isnt an issue at all, and tons of reddit posts where there are others who arent mentioning this issue, so yes, if yours is getting hot with mundane tasks, send it back to Samsung and get another.

The thing android will never beat Apple on is how well apps work for work I have apps for software where we often need to upload photos mine are always good quality when uploaded but my coworkers photos from a s23 ultra look like absolute trash

Samsung should use liquid cooling system like poco and Xiaomi i have poco f4 it's always cold when i use CZcams Instagram tik tok and even in games it's not overheating like s24 ultra Samsung urgent should use the liquid cooling system because snap gen 4 would overheating more than snap gen 3

oneplus 12 is better imo

Great content. I have the s23 ultra, bought mine last April. Brand new from T-MOBILE. Till this day, it's still a beast. And with it getting the AI, there is no reason to trade up.

Hi! I'm on youtube for like at least 6hrs a day and on speaker as well on my s24u. I've never experienced any heating issue.

my iphones have the same issue, i find it happens whenever you are downloading something big like a software update that was my old phone on 60 hrz and you could really tell when it was happening

appcloud is basically advertiser app, wich they wont let you get rid of, its why i quit, others make better phones and for cheap

Screen might dim down bc you have auto brightness adjustment on. Did you have it on? It on by default. And if you want the internet to help please provide more information about the problem.

I'm super pissed- i saw tge jerry rig video, was super chill after YEARS of iphone with no cover and no screen protector and never a single scratch My S24 ULTRA is ruined in less than a week, orrible scratches everywhere. Never again without an Iphone, amazing hardware but the Iphone glass is something else

Did the battery improve after the May update?

this s 24 ultra is the biggest piece of shit ever used the bugs the battery issues the camera issues never fixed by samsung etc.. I swapped out 3 of them finally I was fed up I threw it out the window on the freeway free 1 tb s 24 ultra titanium blue on 605 freeway in Cerritos California good riddance samcrap samjunk

i have s23 ultra, had no issues so far, one and half upto 2 days backup willing to upgrade to s24 ultra. should i ? a huge fan of sammy.

My s24u has never overheated with normal use (youtube, instagram, etc.). Only heats up while gaming

Snapdragon series always overheating issues

I had a similar issue with my s23. I checked if youtube had an update and that ended up fixing my issue. Maybe that could help? I didnt have auto update for my apps so youtube just ended up warming the phone

Mine gets warm, but its typically when its charging. it gets warm if i watch youtube for like an hour on it

I finally got my samsung s24 ultra last Saturday trade in iPhone 15 pro max ... I'm loving this s24 ultra everything but my only heats up after being on charger

My S24 Plus gets hot too screen never dims never gives me a warning but it gets really hot just doing normal tasks

Great content. I'm using that case as I text. And it really does give you great protection. The car door swung and hit my arm, knocking my phone from my hand onto the driveway. It hit it hard and then slid under my car. When I picked it up, fearing the worst, there wasn't a scratch or dink on my phone or case. Love there cases. Got every color except purple.
