I do not know of an ecommerce template available. You can create anything with Manychat! Go forward and conquer.

The quick reply buttons are stored as a custom field. When you click into the conversation node you can choose the reply type and select Multiple Choice, Then Save the response to a custom field, you can name the field so that when the user selects the quick reply answer it is saved as what ever you name the custom field. - hopefully makes sense.

If you are getting a lot of bounces, you may want to try different chat wording to encourage the click through! You have to experiment. If the wording does not resonate with your audience, you will get lots of clicks but no follow through. I have found that I can get 50-60% completion rates on average.

Manychat has a native integration with Twilio. You can build a conversation flow that jumps from messenger or instagram dm's to SMS right within the flow builder. One step of the conversation can be give me your phone # and the next step would be to send them a TEXT. Pretty slick. .... you can even build out entire SMS automations within the platform. using a keyword trigger as a call to action like, "text me the word Quote" can start an automation.

Each website builder is different. I use fast pages 365 so buttons are a simple drag and drop install. I don't need script or code to create awesome sites, courses, funnels. Go check it out. It's an awesome builder.

I did create that quiz on GHL. But, I've quit using that platform. It's too much. I now use www.fastpages365.com and have created a lead scoring mortgage quiz with AI Avatar video results. Without a website to collect user data, you will need to use Messenger ads or Lead Ads. I prefer Messenger Ads because the Messenger feature starts a conversation with the prospect. Once manychat has recorded your name, you're good to go. Names and any other information can be passed along to any part of the flow using the custom user field brackets in the flow builder. reverse mortgage is a complex product, to improve conversion rates consider adding educational content into your ads, posts, landing pages, even possibly a q&a AI bot on the page that you can "program" with a pdf of information to help engage folks and generate more appointments!

Facebook is a love hate thing for me as well. I'm actually getting much better results from my youtube channel. Like 2 gazillion percent better. Lean on google reviews if you can.

To be honest. I've been generating a lot more quality traffic with CZcams.
